- ½ tablespoon Cajun seasoning

- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha adjust depending on your spice level
- 1 teaspoon Honey optional for added sweetness
- 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar optional to add some tang

- Start by patting the shrimp dry. Then season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix the cornstarch, flour, and water together in a bowl, and season with the same seasonings
