- 4 slices Bread about ½-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- 4 oz Smoked turkey breast about 4 thin slices
- 4 oz Ham about 4 thin slices
- 2 oz Pepperoni slices about 12 slices (or 4 large slices)
- 4 slices Muenster cheese
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 medium Tomato thinly sliced
- ¼ small Onion thinly sliced (red or white)
- ¼ cup Banana pepper rings
- Pinch of salt and black pepper to taste
Optional for toasting bread:
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for skillet toasting
Instructions
- If you are toasting the bread, spread each slice with butter or olive oil and place it in a skillet over medium high heat. Toast on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Optional to melt the cheese: Place the lunch meat in a layer on a piece of parchment paper: turkey, ham, and pepperoni. Top it with the sliced cheese. Place the parchment paper with the meat and cheese on it, in the oven or air fryer to melt the cheese
- Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Now add the meat and cheese to one side.
- Now add your toppings: shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, banana peppers, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cut your sandwich in half and enjoy with a pickle and your favorite chips!
