This Scooby-Doo Sandwich is built on homemade jalapeño cheddar bread, layered with deli meats, creamy cheese, and all the fixings your heart could want.

Ingredients
 

  • 4 slices Bread, about ½-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
  • 4 oz Smoked turkey breast, about 4 thin slices
  • 4 oz Ham, about 4 thin slices
  • 2 oz Pepperoni slices, about 12 slices (or 4 large slices)
  • 4 slices Muenster cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato, thinly sliced
  • ¼ small Onion, thinly sliced (red or white)
  • ¼ cup Banana pepper rings
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional for toasting bread:

  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil, for skillet toasting

Instructions
 

  1. If you are toasting the bread, spread each slice with butter or olive oil and place it in a skillet over medium high heat. Toast on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Optional to melt the cheese: Place the lunch meat in a layer on a piece of parchment paper: turkey, ham, and pepperoni. Top it with the sliced cheese. Place the parchment paper with the meat and cheese on it, in the oven or air fryer to melt the cheese
  3. Spread the mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Now add the meat and cheese to one side.
  4. Now add your toppings: shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, banana peppers, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Cut your sandwich in half and enjoy with a pickle and your favorite chips!
