  • 1/2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 tablepsoon Onions, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon White vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook and crumble your ground beef over medium high heat until there is no more pink. Drain any excess grease. Season the meat with the all purpose seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and worchestire sauce.
  2. Lower the heat to medium low and add your diced onion and diced pickles. Stir everything until it is full combined. Remove the meat from the heat and pour it into a large bowl.
  3. You can add your shredded cheddar cheese directly to the meat mixture, or add it straight into the egg roll wrapper before rolling.
  4. Place two egg roll wrappers on a flat surface- in a diamond shape, so one of the corners facing you. Spoon a little bit of the meat mixture towards the corner that is facing you.
  5. Now add the shredded cheese, and half a slice of American cheese on top of the meat mixture.
  6. Fold the corner up and over the cheeseburger mixture, towards the middle of the egg roll wrapper. Now fold in both sides. Be sure to roll kind of tight so there aren't any bubbles.
  7. Use some water on the edges of the end of the wrapper once you roll it so that it sticks. Continue this process until all of your meat mixture is used up. You should be able to make about 8 egg rolls.
