How to assemble the toast:
Toast the whole grain bread until the desired crispness is achieved.
Then spread the peanut butter on each slice of bread. It is best to start with the peanut butter (or nut butter) first because it acts as a "glue" of sorts. Next add some of the yogurt mixture on top of the peanut butter.
Begin layering your fruit over the peanut butter and yogurt. Once the fruits are layered, drizzle with some honey to round out the flavors, and ENJOY!
