  • Powdered sugar: also known as confectioners sugar.
  • Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • Heavy cream: you can also use milk, but heavy cream gives your glaze a silky, thick consistency

Ingredients

  • 12 mini Croissants store bought
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons Heavy cream adjust for consistency
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla bean paste until smooth. The glaze should be slightly thick but pourable.
  • Warm the croissants up (two at a time) in the microwave for 15 seconds.
  • Remove warm croissants from microwave. Dip the croissants into the glaze or drizzle it over each croissant.
  • Place the glazed croissants on a cooling rack to let glaze set for about 2-3 minutes. OR if you can't wait, enjoy right away!
