Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Taco seasoning
  • Splash of water
  • 6 medium Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, separated to brown quesadillas

Creamy Taco Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons Taco sauce

Instructions
 

  1. Cook your ground beef in a skillet until there is no more pink, break it up with a spatula as you cook it. Drain any excess grease.
