Cheesy quesadillas with ground beef are about to be on repeat in your house! Made with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and a simple creamy taco sauce, this recipe is crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor in every bite.
Cook your ground beef in a skillet until there is no more pink, break it up with a spatula as you cook it. Drain any excess grease.
Sprinkle in your taco seasoning and a splash of water (about a tablespoon), then simmer the ground beef for 1-2 minutes..
Mix the sour cream and taco sauce in a bowl and set it aside.
Heat a little bit of butter in a skillet and place one tortilla down.
Add some of the shredded cheese to one side of the tortilla, top it with 1/4 cup of ground beef, drizzle some of the sauce, and sprinkle on a little more shredded cheese.
Fold the tortilla over, and cook it until golden and crispy on both sides, and th cheese is melted.
Slice and serve them warm with some of the extra sauce.
