White gummy bear shots are an adult twist on a childhood favorite. The name of this candy-inspired drink comes from the idea that it tastes just like white gummy bears in liquid form!

If you like fruity shots that disguise the taste of liquor then a white gummy bear shot is for you! They are super quick and easy to make and are a fun way to get the party started. You can also serve it as a cocktail if you would rather sip on your drink.
What is in a white gummy bear shot?
These tasty drinks are made with a mix of raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, sweet and sour mix, and a splash of lemon lime soda. They are a very easy cocktail to make, and perfect for a night out or ladies night!
What is the White Gummy Bear flavor?
White Haribo gummy bears have a pineapple flavor. So the white gummy bear shot or cocktail has a similar, tropical taste with a delicious blend of peach, raspberry, and citrus.
Gummy Bear Shot Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Peach schnapps: This peachy clear grain spirit is a versatile ingredient that adds alcohol and flavor to a drink.
- 2 ounces Raspberry vodka: You can use your preferred vodka brand but make sure it has the raspberry flavor.
- 1 ounce Sweet and sour mix: Purchase this at a local store or make your own sweet and sour mix at home. It is a simple mix of sugar and water with lemon-lime juice.
- ½ ounce Lemon-lime soda: Use either Sprite or 7Up.
How to Make a Gummy Bear Shot:
Add the ice to a mixing glass or cocktail shaker.
Pour the peach schnapps directly over the ice.
Next, pour the raspberry vodka, sweet and sour mix, and splash of the lemon-lime soda.
If you are using a glass, mix the drink up with a spoon until everything is fully combined. If you use a cocktail shaker, shake the mixture vigorously for 10-20 seconds.
Pour the drinks into individual shot glasses or enjoy them over ice as a cocktail.
Garnish with white gummy bears if desired!
Variations
Mocktail
For a gummy bear mocktail, add gummy bears to a mix of non-alcoholic beverages. I suggest a combination of peach juice, Ocean Spray Cran-Raspberry juice, and a splash of Sprite with gummy bears for garnish.
White Gummy Bear Cocktail
Pour a gummy bear shot over a cup of ice. Add more sour mix and Sprite and you have yourself a White Gummy Bear Cocktail!
How to Make Alcohol-infused Gummy Bears:
While this recipe uses regular white gummy bears as a garnish, you can elevate your beverage by making boozy bears!
Place the gummy bears in a bowl then fully submerge them in vodka. It does not have to be premium vodka because you will barely taste the alcohol. Allow the bears to sit in the vodka for at least 12 hours at room temperature.
The final result is bigger, chewy alcohol-infused gummy bears! You can use them as a drink garnish, a tasty treat, or even an adult party favor.
FAQ ABOUT WHITE GUMMY BEAR SHOTS
I used the classic vodka and gummy bear combination because it has a light flavor and it is tasty. But coconut rum would also pair well with white gummy bears specifically, to play up that sweet tropical flavor.
Are alcohol-infused gummy bears strong?
While it is unlikely, the longer you let the gummies soak, the stronger they will be. It is also easy to eat handfuls of gummy bears so be mindful of how many you consume. Enjoy responsibly!

I would just like to say that this has quickly become my favorite drink. I first tried it last December and frequently come back to it. I have changed the ratio of ingredients just to make it a bit stronger, but still crazy tasty. I have made it for so many of my friends and they all love it. It's a quick and delicious way to get a little loopy. Thanks so much for the recipe!
