Salsa Roja Recipe

This recipe for salsa roja is an easy and delicious condiment that can be added to pupusas, tacos, or used as a dip. It can be made as mild or as spicy as you like too!

The perfect Salsa Roja for Pupusas, tacos, enchiladas, and much more!

Step 1: Boil the tomatoes, garlic, and peppers until tender.

Step 2: Add the softened tomatoes and peppers into a blender.

Step 3: Sprinkle in the seasoning directly into the blender.

Step 4: Blend on high until the mixture is smoothe.

Serve with your favorite pupusas or tacos!

Store remaining salsa roja in a container in the refrigerator.
