1 cup Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dill relish 1/4 Red onion finely diced 1 teaspoon Red wine vinegar Seasoning 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (like Tony Chacheres) 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper 1/2 tablespoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Dill weed seasoning optional but highly recommended
