Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dill relish
  • 1/4 Red onion finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Red wine vinegar

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (like Tony Chacheres)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dill weed seasoning optional but highly recommended

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for up to 7 days, or use immediately.
