Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Buffalo Chicken Pizza made on a sheet pan is loaded with tender chicken, buffalo sauce, and melted cheese drizzled with ranch dressing. It's an easy, crowd-pleasing recipe that brings bold flavor to your game day spread or pizza night!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Cornmeal
  • 1 pound Pizza dough homemade or store bought
  • 1 ½ cups Buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • Ranch dressing to drizzle on or dip pizza in

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400ºF. 
  • Sprinkle cornmeal on your 18” x 26” sheet tray and spread it around to cover the bottom of the pan. 
  • Now place the pizza dough directly on the sheet pan and spread it out until it is completely flat. Stretch it out over the pan so that the sides go slightly up the edge of the tray. 
  • Spread 1 cup of buffalo sauce all over the pizza dough. Use a spoon or a ladle to spread it into one even layer. 
  • Now sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over the top of the pizza. 
  • Add the cooked and shredded chicken to a bowl and season with the seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix this well until all of the chicken is coated evenly with the seasoning. 
  • Add the chicken directly on the pizza in on single layer to cover the entire piece of dough. Now sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken.
  • Place the sheet pan in the oven and cook the pizza for 18-20 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through the cooking time.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing, or serve it on the side for dipping. And Enjoy!
