teaspoon
Chili powder
Instructions
Thoroughly wash the peppers. Cut the stems off of each one and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and veins from each half.
Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and green onions in a large bowl. Add all of the seasonings and mix well.
Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half until full, but careful not to overfill.
Wrap each jalapeño half with bacon, tucking the corners into each other so that they do not come loose.
Cook in the oven on 350° for 20 mins or until bacon is cooked thoroughly cooked.
Or, place the poppers on the grill until the bacon is cooked. About 20 minutes depending on the temperature.
