Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon filets (8-10 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha
  • 1/2 tablespoon Seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Spray the bottom of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray. If the salmon has skin on one side, use a knife to remove the skin, (it can be removed after cooking if desired).
  • Evenly coat each piece of salmon with the seasoned salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub the seasonings in so they are well coated.
  • Place the salmon filets in one single layer in the air fryer (if there is skin on the filets, place it skin side down).
  • Put the air fryer on the "bake" method, on 350 degrees. Cook the salmon for 7 minutes.
  • While the salmon is cooking, mix the honey and sriracha in a small bowl. After the first 7 minutes, open the air fryer and brush the honey sriracha sauce onto each piece of salmon.
  • Generously coat each piece of salmon with the glaze, reserving a little bit for a finishing touch.
  • Place the basket back into the air fryer and cook an additional 7 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Remove, and top with additional glaze, and enjoy!
