Preheat the oven to 375º F. Rinse and dry the boneless pork chops, and set them aside on a clean dry surface.
Add your cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix the seasonings up until everything is fully combined.
Sprinkle each pork chop with the seasoning, both front and back. Spread it evenly over the chops.
Heat up a cast iron skillet over medium high heat on the stove to sear your pork chops. Pour in the olive oil and heat it for 30 seconds.
Place each pork chop in the skillet and sear them on each side for about 3 minutes, or until a nice brown crust is formed.
Place the skillet in the oven to continue cooking the pork chops. Bake them for 10 minutes.
While the skillet is in the oven, make the honey garlic sauce by mixing the honey, garlic, soy sauce, and water together.
Remove the skillet from the oven, flip the pork chops over, and pour the sauce all over them.
Put the pork chops back in the oven and continue to bake for another 10 minutes. The sauce will begin to thicken.
Remove the skillet from the oven and turn the chops over so that they are fully coated in the sauce. Let them rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
And enjoy!
