Ingredients

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375º F. Rinse and dry the boneless pork chops, and set them aside on a clean dry surface.
  • Add your cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix the seasonings up until everything is fully combined.
  • Sprinkle each pork chop with the seasoning, both front and back. Spread it evenly over the chops.
  • Heat up a cast iron skillet over medium high heat on the stove to sear your pork chops. Pour in the olive oil and heat it for 30 seconds.
  • Place each pork chop in the skillet and sear them on each side for about 3 minutes, or until a nice brown crust is formed.
  • Place the skillet in the oven to continue cooking the pork chops. Bake them for 10 minutes.
  • While the skillet is in the oven, make the honey garlic sauce by mixing the honey, garlic, soy sauce, and water together.
  • Remove the skillet from the oven, flip the pork chops over, and pour the sauce all over them.
  • Put the pork chops back in the oven and continue to bake for another 10 minutes. The sauce will begin to thicken.
  • Remove the skillet from the oven and turn the chops over so that they are fully coated in the sauce. Let them rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
  • And enjoy!
