Creamy chipotle cheeseburgers are made with a very flavorful hamburger patty, topped with a smooth and creamy chipotle mayo. A delicious spin to your traditional homestyle cheeseburgers!
If cooking indoors, heat cast iron skillet over medium. If cooking outdoors, prepare the grill to cook the burgers.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef and all of the seasonings, including chipotle salsa. Mix well with hands or a large spoon.
Form ground beef into 6 patties, remember that they will shrink during cooking.
Add the patties into the preheated skillet, careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook the burgers until desired wellness is achieved, for well done- cook 10 mins. per side.
Add the cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking so that it can melt.
Creamy Chipotle Sauce
Mix chipotle salsa and mayonnaise in a bowl. Set aside until it is time to serve.
Add the toppings and creamy chipotle sauce to the burgers, and enjoy!

Burgers are delicious on the grill, but pan searing in a cast iron skillet is just as amazing!
