Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the cream cheese, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and Buffalo wing sauce to a large bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Now add the shredded chicken into the bowl and gently mix it into the sauce, careful not to overmix it and break the chicken up too much. Then add in the shredded cheeses to the bowl and stir everything together until it is combined.
Place the Hawaiian rolls on the baking sheet, use a knife to cut a hole in the top of each roll, make sure that the hole is deep enough to stuff the buffalo dip into it, but do not cut all the way through the bread.
Add the butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley to a bowl and place it in the microwave for 30 seconds until the butter is melted.
Use a spoon and spoon the buffalo chicken dip mixture into each of the Hawaiian rolls until you don’t have any more of the mixture remaining. Now brush the garlic butter all over the sides of the rolls, and in between the middle of the bread as well.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese cheese over the top of the buffalo dip rolls. Place the baking sheet in the oven and cook the sliders for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey (optional but HIGHLY recommended), garnish with chopped parsley, serve with a side of Frank’s buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping, and enjoy!
