Ingredients

  • 1 4 oz jar Red curry paste
  • 1 14 oz can Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Spinach optional but recommended
  • 15-20 frozen Potstickers aka gyoza dumplings

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish or large sheet pan that has a lip on it to hold the liquids.
  • In a small bowl or in the baking dish whisk together the red curry paste, coconut milk, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. If it is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
  • Once the sauce is fully combined, add your spinach and mix it in with the suce. Now add your frozen dumplings in one even layer.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove foil, increase heat to 400°F, and bake another 5-10 minutes until the tops of dumplings are golden and slightly crispy.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, sliced green onions and drizzle with chili oil or sriracha, if desired. Serve hot, and enjoy!
