Ingredients for a Cheeseburger Bowl:

One of the best parts about this Cheeseburger Salad Recipe is that you can put almost any and every topping that you want. Here is what you need:

  • Ground beef: use the ground beef to make the base of your cheeseburger bowls. Seasoned beef is the perfect protein.
  • Lettuce: romaine lettuce is best, but you can also use iceberg lettuce if that is what you have on hand.
  • Cheese: shredded cheddar cheese is delicious, or you can use American cheese for your cheeseburger salad.
  • Additional toppings: add your favorite cheeseburger toppings such as, dill pickles, diced tomatoes, onions, avocados, or even banana peppers or jalapenos.

How to make Cheeseburger Bowls

To make a burger bowl you just need to start by browning and seasoning your ground beef. Drain any excess grease and then set it aside.

Build your bowl by adding a bed of shredded lettuce, then add the seasoned beef. Next, add your favorite cheeseburger toppings.

You can use this In-n-Out sauce, or To make a quick and easy Big Mac Sauce Recipe all you need is:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Sweet pickle relish
  • White vinegar
  • Sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika

All you have to do is add all of your ingredients to a bowl and mix them until they're fully combined. The you have yourself a delicious and simple Big Mac Sauce!

Ingredients

  • ¼ pound Ground beef cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce roughly chopped
  • ½ Tomato sliced or diced
  • 2 tablespoons Onion diced
  • 1 Pickle sliced or diced
  • ¼ Avocado sliced
  • ¼ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Big Mac style dressing see recipe below

Seasoning (to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning salt more or less to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder

Instructions

  • Add your ground beef to a skillet and break it up with a wooden spoon or spatula as you cook it over medium heat. Continue cooking the hamburger meat until there is no more pink left.
  • Drain any excess grease from the skillet by using paper towels, or a strainer. Seasong the ground beef with the seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix the seasoning in well until everything is fully combined.
  • Now begin layering your salad bowl: place the romaine lettuce in a bowl, top it with the seasoned hamburger meat mixture, shredded cheese, avocados, tomatoes, pickles, and onion.
  • Add your in-n-out or Big Mac style dressing on top of your cheeseburger bowl, and enjoy!
