Ingredients
 

  • 1/4 pound Ground beef, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Tomato, sliced or diced
  • 2 tablespoons Onion, diced
  • 1 Pickle, sliced or diced
  • 1/4 Avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Big Mac style dressing, see recipe below

Seasoning (to taste)

Instructions
 

  1. Add your ground beef to a skillet and break it up with a wooden spoon or spatula as you cook it over medium heat. Continue cooking the hamburger meat until there is no more pink left.
  2. Drain any excess grease from the skillet by using paper towels, or a strainer. Seasong the ground beef with the seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix the seasoning in well until everything is fully combined.
  3. Now begin layering your salad bowl: place the romaine lettuce in a bowl, top it with the seasoned hamburger meat mixture, shredded cheese, avocados, tomatoes, pickles, and onion.
  4. Add your in-n-out or Big Mac style dressing on top of your cheeseburger bowl, and enjoy!
