Ingredients

  • 16 Saltine crackers
  • 1 stick Butter unsalted
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans
  • ½ cup Toffee bits

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line sheet pan with parchment paper and layers out in one layer.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the brown sugar, stir the sugar into the butter until it is completely dissolved.
  • Allow the butter mixture to simmer and come to a light boil. Stir occasionally so that the caramel mixture does not stick to the saucepan.
  • Core the caramel mixture over the crackers and spread it out evenly using a spatula. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and toffee bits all over the crackers
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for eight minutes. Remove it from the oven and allow the crackers to cool down and break them apart and enjoy!
