Preheat the oven to 375°
Use a knife to cut the rolls down the middle so that you end up with a top and bottom half of bread. The individual rolls on the bottom half should still be connected, and the individual rolls on the top half should still be connected.
Place the bottom half of the bread into a 9x13 baking dish. Spread the mayonnaise out evenly over the rolls.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the mayonnaise, try to cover the entire surface of the bread.
Next, layer the roast beef deli meat directly over the layer of mayonnaise (if you don’t choose to use the mayonnaise, just simply place the roast beef on the bottom layer of bread). Fold the meat over itself instead of laying it flat.
Now place the slices of provolone cheese on top of the roast beef in one single layer. It is okay if some of the cheese overlaps.
Add the butter, minced garlic, and everything but the bagel seasoning into a bowl and microwave on high for 15 second increments, until the butter is completely melted.
Make the au jus dipping sauce according to the packet instructions. Which usually just calls for mixing it with water and heating in a saucepan or microwave.
Gently place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls on top of the sliders. Brush the melted butter mixture over the top of the rolls. Cover the dish with foil and bake the sliders for 8 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake them uncovered for an additional 2 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and serve them with the Au Jus dipping sauce.
