Preheat your oven to 400ºF. Now brown your ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until there is no more pink left, for about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease out of the skillet.
Season the ground beef with the taco seasoning and mix it in well. Add in about 1-2 tablespoons of water into the ground beef mixture and stir it in so that the beef is not dry. Once the seasoning is mixed in well, remove the skillet from the heat and set it aside.
Place your pizza crust on a sheet pan and spread the white queso all over the pizza crust in one even layer. Spread the cheese all the way to the edges of the crust.
Now spoon the taco meat all over the pizza dough, you can use the whole pound of ground beef, or reserve some to make an extra pizza, or use it for tacos!
Next, sprinkle the Monterey jack shredded cheese over the top of the taco meat. Now place the sheet pan in the oven and bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, and the cheese is nice and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and top the pizza with your favorite taco toppings including: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, taco sauce, sour cream, and jalapenos. And enjoy!
