1/2cupAlmond milkvanilla unsweetened (more to achieve desired consistency)

1/2cupDark chocolate chunks
1/2cupMixed nuts
Instructions
Place berries, ice, and almond milk in a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until a smooth creamy texture is achieved.
If the mixture is too thick, add more almond milk one teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is achieved. The smoothie should be a smooth, ice cream like consistency.
Use a spoon to help pour/scoop mixture into a bowl. Top the smoothie with the coconut, chocolate, and nuts. For presentation purposes, place toppings in a single row, one layer each.
