Just Like Chuy’s Jalapeno Ranch

This homemade jalapeno ranch tastes just like the famous sauce from Chuy's, the beloved Tex-Mex restaurant chain. The sauce works as a dressing or dip for all your snacks and meals.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup Sour cream
  • ¾-1 cup Pickled jalapenos depending on level of spiciness (plus about a tablespoon of the juice)
  • ½ cup Cilantro
  • 1 packet Dry ranch seasoning mix
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, and jalapenos (along with 1-2 tablespoons of the jalapeno juice), and cilantro into a blender. 
  • Now sprinkle in the ranch seasoning mix, and garlic powder. 
  • Blend on high for 2-3 minutes, pulsing in between to ensure all of the flavors blend together well. 
  • Pour into a serving dish, or a jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
