Ingredients

  • 8 oz Smoked salmon crumbled
  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese substitute cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup Green Onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill diced
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Add the room temperature mascarpone or cream cheese to a large bowl.
  • Next add the chopped green onions, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and paprika to the bowl with the cheese.
  • Mix this up with a spoon until everything is fully combined. Then add the finely shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir it in well.
  • Crumble up the smoked salmon into bite size pieces and add it to the cheese mixture.
  • Gently stir the salmon into the cheese until it is fully incorporated.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers or chips.

Notes

Substitute cream cheese for mascarpone if needed.
Also substitute fresh dill for dried dill if needed.
