These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers in the Oven are juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make. Tender chicken is coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, and baked to perfection right in your oven.
Start by preheating your oven to 375°F. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic, seasoned salt, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Toss the chicken with the seasoning until it's all evenly coated.
Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers. Place them close together so that they cook evenly and come out like kabobs.
Arrange the skewers directly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover the baking sheet with aluminium foil, and place the pan in the oven to cook for 18-22 minutes.
Flip the chicken skewers over after the first 12 minutes of cooking, then cook the additional 10 minutes uncovered.
Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and red pepper flakes if using.
Remove the chicken from the oven and brush the chicken skewers generously with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture. Be sure to coat all sides.
OPTIONAL: For extra color and crispy edges, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining garlic Parmesan sauce. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving. And Enjoy!
