BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Pulled pork sliders are juicy slow cooked, shredded pork tossed in BBQ sauce and sandwiched between toasted buns. Serve these as a tasty game day appetizer, a quick lunch, or an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12 Slider buns
  • 6 cups Pulled pork recipe linked below
  • 2 cups Barbeque sauce
  • 2 cups cole slaw
  • Sliced Cheese optional
  • Pickle chips optional

Instructions

  • Toast the slider buns in a toaster or in the oven until they are golden brown. 
  • Add the shredded pork and barbecue sauce to a bowl, and mix it until all of the meat is fully coated. 
  • Scoop about 2-4 tablespoons of the pulled pork onto the bottom half of each slider bun. 
  • Top the pork with a slice of cheese (if you are adding cheese), and a heaping scoop of the coleslaw, followed by a pickle. 
  • Place the top of the slider bun on top, and serve right away!
