Perfectly Seasoned Fried Pork Chops

These perfectly seasoned pork chops are lightly breaded and fried to golden crisp perfection. Southern-fried, just like grandma used to make!

Ingredients

Pork Chops

Flour

Vegetable oil

Seasoning

Season the pork chops

Rinse any griminess off of the pork chops and sprinkle generously with the seasoning.

Prepare the flour

Season the flour that is going to be used to bread the pork chops.

Bread the pork chops

Coat each pork chop thoroughly in the flour mixture.

Fry the pork chops

Heat up the oil to 350 degrees. Gently place the pork chops into the skillet to fry.

Fry them on each side

Fry the pork chops on each side for 7-10 minutes.

Remove from oil

Remove the pork chops from the oil and set them on a rack to drain the excess oil.
