Birria Ramen with Beef

Birria Ramen with Beef is made with a rich and flavorful broth over ramen noodles. Dried peppers are the base, along with robust seasonings and spices.

Ingredients: - Roast beef - Ramen noodles - Guajillo chiles - Seasonings

Step 1: Cook the roast beef until it is fork tender.

Step 2: Rehydrate the dried chiles, spices, and herbs. 

Step 3: Blend the chiles, herbs, and spices until smooth. Then strain the liquid back into the pot.

Step 4: Chop up the meat and add it back into the pot with the consomé. 

Step 5: Cook the ramen in the consommé sauce and add the beef. 

Step 6: Garnish with cilantro and onion, and a squeeze of lime!
