Cook the roast beef until it is fork tender.
Rehydrate the dried chiles, spices, and herbs.
Blend the chiles, herbs, and spices until smooth. Then strain the liquid back into the pot.
Chop up the meat and add it back into the pot with the consomé.
Cook the ramen in the consommé sauce and add the beef.
