Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium heat. Season well and cook it until brown.
Place refried beans in the center of the tortilla.
Add a layer of the cooked ground beef directly over the beans.
Sprinkle some shredded cheese over the beef and beans.
Roll each side of the tortilla towards the middle. Then roll it until it is tight.
Gently place the chimichangas in the oil, seam side down.
Remove from the oil and allow the access grease to drain.
