Peach Cobbler Stuffed French Toast

stuffed French toast is filled with a cinnamon sugar cheese mixture, dipped in a sweet custard, then topped with peach cobbler filling. Enjoy this decadent meal for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients needed: Brioche bread loaf Mascarpone cheese Powdered sugar Cinnamon Egg Vanilla extract

Combine cheese, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla and mix until smooth

Cut brioche bread into thick slices. At least one inch thick.

Cut a slit into the top of each slice of brioche.
