Oxtails Smothered in Red Wine Gravy

Oxtails smothered in red wine gravy are infused with onions, peppers, garlic, and much more. Then they are stewed until they are fall off the bone tender.

First: Make the marinade for the oxtails.

Next:  Add the marinade to the oxtails

Saute the veggies. 

Brown the oxtails on all sides.

Make the gravy. Add the oxtails to the gravy.

Stew until they are fork tender.
