Crispy Candied Bacon

Who doesn't already LOVE bacon!? Adding these couple extra steps brings it to a whole other level. Semi-sweet and super savory, this bacon is going to be a hit at your next brunch or breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 pack Thick cut bacon
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover 9x13 sheet pan with non-stick spray.
- Spread bacon in one layer across sheet pan, placing each slice really close but not overlapping. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and drizzle maple syrup (cover both sides)
- Bake for 7 mins, flip bacon and bake for additional 7 minutes, or until crispy (see note).
- Remove from oven and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
*Baking times may vary, remove from oven when bacon is crispy.
