Avocado Toast

Easy Breakfast! Healthy and Yummy. The egg gives this toast that rich gooey flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 slices Whole Wheat Toasts
- 1 Avocado, Chopped & Mashed
- 2 Eggs, Fried, Boiled or Scrambled
Seasoning
- Black Pepper, To Taste
- Salt, To Taste
- Siracha Sauce, Drizzle on Top to Taste
Instructions
- Toast bread in oven or toaster until a light crisp is formed. Chop and mash the avocado in a bowl- leaving it slightly chunky. Add seasoning to avocado mash.
- Cook the egg with preferred method. Spread avocado mash in toast, top with egg, add siracha sauce if desired.
